Made to order
Most PANTHERM products are produced after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider range of sizes and designs without holding large quantities of stock.
Estimated production and delivery
Standard production normally takes around 2–4 weeks. Delivery within Europe is typically around 6 business days after dispatch. As a result, most made-to-order purchases should arrive in approximately 3–5 weeks.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. During busy periods, launches or production delays, an order may take longer.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, tracking information will be added to your order and sent to the email address used at checkout.
Multiple items
If an order contains several products, they may be produced at different times. Where necessary, items can be shipped separately.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once production or dispatch has started.
International orders
For destinations outside the applicable EU tax area, local import duties, taxes or customs handling charges may apply unless the checkout explicitly states that they are included.
